The municipal well building in the Vistula River current, built in 1964, pumps water to the “Praga” Water Treatment Station. It is the only facility in Europe located in a river current that utilizes the natural infiltration process.

The monument erected in 1975 honors the sappers who fought in the defense of the city during World War II. It depicts six soldiers with weapons and tools, symbolizing their courage and dedication to the homeland.
